Culture

If I could change something in Canadian history I would change the perspective of the people. First, i think that if the European settlers were more open to different cultures then they wouldn’t have tried to wipe out Native culture and replace it with their own. Also if they tried to understand the Native culture maybe today they wouldn’t such a small portion of our culture. With the introduction of residential schools the Native culture was stomped out of children and replaced with European culture.
