Community Connections

Last Thursday we had the opportunity to pay it forward and help out at our local food bank. We campaigned for two weeks at school and had food donated by students in all grades toward this worthy cause. While at the food bank, we sorted the food donations from our school, checked expiration dates on the non-perishables and restocked the shelves. It was a great opportunity to learn about the Food Bank Program, as well as other volunteer positions available.
